Project: Elucidating the TBXT regulatory network using DARPins

Description: This project focuses on understanding how the TBXT protein regulates chordoma cell behavior. The team is using specially engineered proteins called DARPins to block TBXT’s ability to bind to DNA and control other genes. By studying the changes that occur when TBXT is inhibited, the researchers hope to identify new biomarkers and potential therapeutic targets that could lead to better treatments for chordoma.
